WHICH BUILD OPTIONS CAN I ADD AFTER I PURCHASE THE VAN?
This is an excellent question—and an important one to consider before you buy or build. Some options are relatively easy to add later, while others can become difficult or expensive once other parts of the conversion are installed. We can help you think through what should be part of the van from the beginning and what can reasonably wait.

Yes. We can help research a particular van, review its equipment and conversion, look at comparable vehicles and asking prices, identify questions or potential concerns worth investigating, and help you understand what you're looking at before making a major decision.

There isn't one “best” camper van. The right choice depends on how you plan to use it, where you travel, how many people and how much gear you're carrying, your budget, and which features actually matter to you. We help you sort through the options and tradeoffs.
CAN YOU HELP ME PREPARE MY VAN FOR SALE?
Yes. Camper vans aren't always easy to value using ordinary used-car pricing guides. The underlying vehicle matters, but so can the quality and age of the conversion, equipment, upgrades, condition, mileage, service history and the current camper-van market. We can research comparable vans and help you develop a realistic pricing strategy.
DO YOU HELP WITH VANS WE ALREADY OWN?
Yes. We can help you assess the van and its equipment, organize service and build records, identify issues worth addressing before offering it for sale, research the market, develop a pricing strategy, and advise you on presenting the van effectively to prospective buyers.
Yes. Absolutely. Van ownership can involve some unusual puzzles. We can help research repairs and upgrades, evaluate equipment options, communicate with vendors and repair facilities, organize service information, and help determine sensible next steps.

The Van Gurus grew out of our own experience researching, buying, building, using and living with camper vans. We understand these vehicles from the perspective of people who actually use them for skiing, paddling, road trips, hauling gear and everyday adventure.
Our approach is personal. We listen to how you actually want to use your van, help you sort through the choices, and do the research when the answer isn't obvious.
Start by telling us what you're trying to accomplish. Some clients need a second opinion on a particular van. Others need help sorting through an entire purchase decision, determining the value of a van they already own, planning upgrades, or solving a specific ownership problem.
Because every project is different, we'll determine the appropriate scope and fee based on the help you actually need.
